• Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities
• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Adapt to various classroom settings, supporting individual and group activities
• Use your initiative to engage students, foster independence, and promote social and emotional development
• Work alongside experienced educators, gaining valuable skills in SEN education

• Experience in an SEN or mainstream setting is preferred
• A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children with additional needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and age groups
• Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
