Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Toolmaker to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Injection Mould Toolmaking, with expertise in operating various machines including EDM, wire spark erosion, CNC Grinder machines, laser welder, and laser engrave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

* Operate and maintain a variety of machines including EDM, wire spark erosion, CNC Grinder machines, laser welder, and laser engrave

* Perform toolmaking and grinding activities to ensure precision and accuracy in the production of parts

* Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the tools and machines

* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing processes

Qualifications

* Apprentice trained in Injection Mould Toolmaking

* Proficiency in operating EDM, wire spark erosion, CNC Grinder machines, laser welder, and laser engrave

* Familiarity with machines such as Mikron HSM800, Duro, 3 axis, Heidenhain controls, and Jones & Shipman

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Rate and Hours
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time, with potential for overtime at x1.5
