Duties include:
Recording Financial Transactions:
- Entering and categorising daily financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, into accounting software or ledgers.
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Tracking invoices and payments, ensuring bills are paid on time, and following up on outstanding payments from customers.
Reconciliation:
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Payroll Processing: (Small weekly payroll)
- Processing payroll, including deductions and taxes, and ensuring employees are paid on time using Sage Payroll.
Maintaining Financial Records:
- Keeping accurate and organised records of all financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
