Estimator- Stone/Tiling Background

My client is a One of London's premier contractors, they design, source, manufacture, install and advise on a range of surface packages across various applications and sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and hospitality.

They are a leading stone specialist company based in London, renowned for delivering high-quality stone and tiling solutions. They cater to both residential and commercial projects, offering bespoke services from sourcing to installation.

They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stone/Tiling Estimator to join their dynamic team.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating within the stone, tiling, or construction industry.

* Education: A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.

* Skills:

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).

* Excellent knowledge of stone and tiling materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Effective communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Certifications: Professional certifications in estimating or quantity surveying are advantageous
