Project Manager Required In London

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Drylining Project Manager to work for an existing client of ours who are a specialist Drylining Contractor. This particular client cover various drylining, fit out and ceilings projects within a wide range of sectors.

The role itself is permanent and is a great opportunity to join a well established and reputable business where hard work and determination is greatly rewarded. In addition to this the company willing to pay the right candidate a self employed rate of that is preferable.

As the Project Manager you will be:

* The main point of contact to the client and their advisors on the project

* Lead client and design team meetings. Understand the client brief and budget.

* Lead the external design team to develop a design that aligns with the client's brief and budget

* Negotiate fees with external consultants.

* Manage change control during preconstruction in accordance with the process.

* Coordinate with the Commercial Manager to update project cost plans and internal project budgets

* Lead the external consultant teams to prepare and achieve planning permission for the project.

Requirements for the Project Manager position:

* Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline/ or equivalent work experience

* Experience working on drylining or suspended ceilings projects

* Experience working on fit out projects

* Established senior project professional

* NVQ Level 6 qualification

* SMSTS, Black CSCS Card, First aid tickets
