* Maximise service department profitability through labour and product sales to franchise and non-franchise customers

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work towards continuous improvement

* Control resources and expenses in line with budget objectives

* Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and effective team

* Maintain efficient parts operation and effective stock management
