Our client, a leading manufacturer of Windows and Doors within the Fenestration / Glazing Industry, is searching for an experienced Factory Manager to lead their production facility. What You'll Do:

* Oversee Window and Door manufacturing from raw materials to finished products.

* Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

* Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and boost output.

* Ensure all products meet industry and company quality standards.

* Lead and motivate the production team, fostering high performance.

* Maintain and upgrade machinery to keep operations running smoothly.

* Oversee inventory, supply chain, and cost control for maximum profitability.

* Enforce strict health & safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace.

* Drive process improvements and innovation for continuous growth.

What You Bring:

* 5+ years' experience in manufacturing management, ideally in windows and doors, fenestration, glazing

* Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving production success.

* Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations.
