Salary & Benefits: - Support Worker -Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17

• £22,308 per annum (pro-rata) + excellent benefits.
• Shift Pattern: between 9:00 AM–9:00 AM with 2 sleep-ins a week. You’ll earn an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for sleep-ins. - We respect your time, so we plan rotas 4 weeks in advance—ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance!
• 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
