Job Title: HGV Class 1 ADR Driver

Location: Blackwood, South Wales

Employment Type: Temp 4-6 weeks initially.

Working Hours: 54 1 week inc 3 nights away, 40 week 2 including 2 nights away (this will be explained as the role is non standard)

Salary: £18.18ph plus £26.20 per night away. Class 7 ADR will be supplied free of charge, must have ADR packages to start with though.

MDE Group UK LTD are  recruiting for an HGV Class 1 ADR Driver to join our clients established team based in the Blackwood area.

Shifts are non standard including nights away. Essentially you will run out 1100 1 day, back 1730 the next 2-3 times per week.

This is a doubl manned role where the other driver will be on rest as you are driving and vice versa.

You will have a top of the range Scania allocated to you which has lots of extras built in.

Job Description:

Class 1 deliveries and collections
Will involve helping with unloading sealed containers and reloading.
Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time
Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately
Good customer service
Qualifications

UK HGV Class 1 Licence with 1 year min experience preferred
ADR packages required, Class 7 an advantage.
Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
Valid Tacho
Valid CPC
