An exciting contract opportunity for a Commercial Property & Asset Manager has arisen to work on a well-established and high-end portfolio in South Kensington.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team to support the Commercial Portfolio Asset Manager in the running and management of a mixed-use property portfolio.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and profitability of each property while providing excellent service to both property owners and tenants.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders whilst protecting and improving the long-term value and reputation of the Estate.
