The role will include energy assessments across Manchester and surrounding areas - ranging from site audits, performance testing and reporting. You will be trained in the use of state-of-the-art assessment tools, and work within an incredibly exciting portfolio.

The Role:

* Site surveys and inspections.

* Evaluation of energy efficiency and performance of commercial properties - covering heating systems, HVAC ventilation and more.

* Use of state-of-the-art tools to test energy efficiencies.

* Reports on energy efficiencies, and creation of recommendations and energy efficiency improvement methods.

The Candidate:

* Experience as an energy assessor

* Commercial experience, however domestic experience with slight commercial can be considered.

* Looking for full accreditation training, as well as chartership status.

* Driving License
