A highly sought-after opportunity to work with a rapidly growing and Hilti Accredited Contractor. Due to their current expansion they are in the market for 10 qualified and experienced Fire Stoppers to join their team. The successful candidates will work on a variety of projects within tenanted apartments.

Currently all work is within Birmingham and Portsmouth and if you are ever having to work away from home, accommodation; travel and food expenses are all covered.

As a Fire stopper, your focus will be to complete multi-skilled activities such as: fire stopping, fire curtain barrier works and general passive fire protection works to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Duties

* Install, repair, and maintain passive fire protection according to industry standards and regulations.

* Inspection of Fire Stopping to ensure a good finish and compliance with safety standards and Material Manufacturers details.

* Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate installations.

* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

* Document work completed, including inspection reports and maintenance records.

* Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns.

The Requirements

* CSCS

* NVQ level 2 in fire stopping is preferred

* Sound knowledge of passive fire standards and regulations.

* A clean UK driving license and use of own vehicle

* FIRAS or Qmark Experience would be advantageous, however not essential
