Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join this well-respected housing disrepair team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to claimants in housing disrepair claims.

Duties:- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients- Represent clients in court proceedings, but counsel will attend court with clients as they are based nationally- Prepare court papers including particulars of claim, bundles, and witness statements- Conduct legal research to support cases- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Skills:- Strong negotiation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Time management skills to meet deadlines
