Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our practice management software.
- Answer phone calls effectively and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative role or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using technology and practice management software EMIS and PATCHs is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and duties.
