Our client, a well-established nursery, is looking for a dedicated individual to take on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education for all children.

What We're Looking ForTo excel in this role, you will need:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Proven Experience: A strong background in early years care and management within a nursery setting.
- EYFS Expertise: A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to manage, motivate, and support a team of practitioners, ensuring that they deliver high standards of care.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Passion for Child Development: A genuine commitment to nurturing the development and well-being of children, creating an environment where they can thrive.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage resources effectively and ensure the nursery operates smoothly.

Your RoleAs a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality care, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure best practices.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, managing daily operations, resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Planning and Delivery: Ensure that age-appropriate, creative activities are planned and implemented to support children's learning and development.
- Monitoring and Assessment: Regularly assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing individual learning plans.
- Family Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with families, communicating children's progress and supporting their needs.
- Health, Safety, and Hygiene: Ensure that the nursery environment remains safe, clean, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for both staff and children.
