Commercial Specialist - Contract opportunity

We have an exciting Commercial Specialist opportunity become available working with a leading utility company working on a Large Generation Station based in Dublin.

You'll be supporting the Quantity Surveying teams on cost management and commercial aspects of various frameworks, but mostly on the Overhead Line Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Quantity Surveying teams with cost management function including preparation of cost files, Bills of Quantities, arranging Purchase Orders.
• Carry out data analysis on historic projects / work programmes.
• Interact with key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone that has:

• Experience dealing directly and professionally with stakeholders.
• Strong proven communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to deliver a high volume of work on time and with a high level of accuracy

12-month initial contract with the possibility of extension to follow with an exciting day rate to match!!
