RG Consultancy are working with a fast-growing tech company based in Crewe who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant. The role is a brand-new role created to join a medium sized finance time, you will support the department on a day to day basis and report to the Financial Controller. The role is suitable for an established management accountant or someone who would like to develop their career. Study support and progression is available with this role.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Monthly Profit & Loss
• VAT Returns
• Supporting and overseeing a small transactional team
• Supporting projects, company growth and process improvements
• Assisting with year end and audit preparations
• Any other tasks to support the Financial Controller as required

The Person

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, studying or QBE candidates will all be considered
• Previous experience as a management accountant or finance manager is essential
• Strong IT and MS Excel skills
• Experience within a technology or similar sector would be an advantage
