Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in English education.
Proven experience as an English Teacher at the secondary level, with a passion for inspiring students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English literature and language, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
