This is a pivotal time for the business, looking to drive forward some exciting changes to the business, with the People team playing an important part in this.

As a People Partner, you will have a broad generalist remit working closely with senior leaders, building strong relationships, and understanding their key drivers. This is a true business partnering role, so the ideal candidate will be a natural and effective communicator, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills. You'll be well versed in case management and coaching and upskilling managers. As well as thriving in a fast paced and creative agency environment.
