In this hands-on role, you'll make a real impact by guiding young individuals towards educational and employment pathways that suit their ambitions, providing essential support to help them secure sustainable futures.

Connect with young people aged 15-19 (up to 24 with SEND or healthcare plans), fostering motivation to overcome personal and professional barriers.

Cultivate strong relationships with schools, colleges, training organisations, and youth centres to expand the reach and impact of the programme.

Offer tailored, one-on-one guidance that addresses each young person's unique needs, identifying actionable steps to break down barriers to education, training, or work.

Help young people set realistic, achievable goals, and measure their progress through clear SMART targets.

Manage a varied caseload, regularly updating records on interventions, milestones, and outcomes to track success and areas for improvement.

Maintain communication with young people, providing follow-up support to ensure placements or educational courses continue to align with their aspirations.

Skilled at identifying individual challenges and creating tailored support plans that help young people navigate complex barriers.

Experience in managing a caseload, with a focus on setting SMART goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
