About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of the nursing team, leading by example and supporting more junior nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care for service users with neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the assessment, planning, and implementation of holistic care
Providing mentorship and support to your team
Ensuring all clinical practices meet best-practice standards and legal guidelines
Delivering educational sessions for service users, families, and team members
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
Promoting a safe working environment and supporting service user wellbeing
About You:

We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Registered Nurse who can lead by example. You'll need:

NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
Proven experience leading teams in a clinical setting
Knowledge of legislation within the independent care sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
Leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Commitment to continued professional development
Completion of an NMC accredited mentor training is desirable, or a willingness to undertake the training.
