My client is a country-wide leading MEP contractor with an annual turnover of £500m and is seeking a Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a prestigious new commercial shell & core project in Central London.

They are delivering the electrical package on this £35m MEP contract, with a successful main contractor, with whom they have a strong relationship. Currently in the preconstruction phase, the project is set to commence on-site in July 2024, with completion expected by June 2027.

Role Responsibilities

Working alongside the project director and another electrical project manager to lead the electrical package of this £35m MEP scheme.
Manage project delivery from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring all electrical works are completed to high standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, main contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project progression.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance with health & safety regulations.What's on Offer?

Salary: £90,000 - £95,000
