- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.
- Recognized as an expert in advanced wound care products and services
- Solid experience in roles that require a deep understanding of the health system and regulations
- Developed market research, reporting and monitoring skills
- Experience in multifunctional project management
- Superior ability to adapt regional / global marketing strategies to market reality

- Define and execute the strategic Marketing plans that lead to business development and growth.
- Provides marketing management in the development of product and service portfolios.
- Generation and maintenance of a long-term relationship with KOL
- Evaluate external and internal variables that affect the market, products, prices, brands and promotional plans in order to develop or adjust campaings to maintain the expected marketing positioning.
- Develop and deploy the launch of new products or lines, coordinating from market research to product launch to the sales force, customers and final consumer.
- Evaluation and management of grants requested by the sales force.

- Extract key findings from clinical literature that is aligned and add value to marketing strategies.
