Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strengths-based assessments and direct work with adults and carers under the Care Act 2014.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet identified needs.
• Carry out safeguarding duties to protect vulnerable adults from abuse or neglect.
• Ensure transparent, ethical, and accountable social work practice in line with professional standards.
