Location: Ideally Oxfordshire based

Remuneration: £55,000 - £75,000neg (depending on experience)

The role of the Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems will involve:

* Project Manager position producing dealing with a range of curtain walling and rainscreen cladding systems

* Managing project from start to completion ensuring they're complete to the highest quality with clients specifications met

* Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

* Overseeing and briefing subcontractors and site labour

* Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements

* Prepare RAMS and H&S documents

* Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise

* Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

* Reviewing project progress with Quantity Surveyors and making variations where required

* Managing projects ranging in value up to £8m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Curtain Walling Systems with:

* Must have Project Management experience within the curtain walling / commercial glazing market sector

* Ideally will be familiar with Schuco, Aluprof and Wicona systems

* Ability to prepare logistical plans for projects

* Must have experience dealing with New Build projects

* Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal

* Must be confident in resolving any project related queries in a professional manor

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS

* Full UK driving license

* Strong leadership skills
