Job Title: Retail Car Sales Executive

Location: Wrexham

Our client, a well-established dealer group, is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Car Sales Executive to join their team at their franchise dealership based in the Wrexham area. An ideal role for someone who has a track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment.

This role demands a driven individual with the dynamism to exceed sales targets and the interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service, leading to recommendations and referrals. You should be able to follow a sales process while adding your personal flair and have the determination to achieve success every day.

What is on Offer:

* Basic Salary - with a realistic OTE of £45,000 plus (uncapped)

* No Sundays - Dealership Closed - Opening hours Mon - Fri 8.30 am- 6.00 pm, Sat -9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Role Details:

* Assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery.

* Informing the customers on finance, insurance and accessory products and naturally build a rapport with customers to help identify their needs.

* Managing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers with various aspects within your role such as new products, forthcoming events, campaigns, whilst always preserving an excellent 'customer focused' attitude.

* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting.

* Prospecting for new customers face to face, by telephone, referrals, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.

* Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer / management led training.

* Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and good quality referrals.

* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and systematic administration of your work.

* Must hold Full UK Driving Licence

* Training will be provided
