Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a breakdown/recovery driver to provide and maintain a professional breakdown and recovery service for our client. This role is varied and fast paced and we require someone who can carry out minor repairs and recovery work for cars, light commercial, heavy goods and PSV vehicles.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for Breakdown/Recoveries and planning

* Deliver excellent front line customer service

* Responsible for the delivery of driver-based information regarding daily, weekly and defect maintenance processes whilst ensuring minimal risk and optimum safety

* To be available for call out roster as required and participate in working flexible hours,

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Ability to clearly explain technical issues

* Ability to concentrate for long periods of time

* Ability to work under pressure

* Reporting skills

* High attention to detail

* Good interpersonal abilities to deal with a wide range of customers

* Recovery Certification Desirable

* Driving license to the appropriate category (Class 1/2)

* Digital tachograph card
