Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Aveley
Salary Scale: £80-£100
Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
As a Teaching Assistant, collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
