Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £34,000 + on call + bonus

Responsibilities:

* Execute planned maintenance, covering tasks such as fire alarm checks, emergency light testing, water temperature checks, and tap flushing.

* Handle reactive maintenance tasks that can vary daily, including putting up shelves, changing taps, fixing windows or doors, and painting and decorating.

* Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

* Must have 18th Edition, Level 3 Electrical

* Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance.

* Strong skills in a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
