We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Peterborough. This is an office-based role for a talented, organised team player who can communicate effectively with key clients, suppliers and staff members.

Your Role: - Boost Client Spend: Help clients maintain and grow their spend with us.
- Product Expert: Use your knowledge to give clients the best advice and solutions.
- Team Player: Support our sales team by processing orders and handling tasks while they need support with.
- Communicate: Connect with clients via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met.
- Order Management: Take and process orders, follow up on quotes, and research client enquiries.
What You Need: - Proactive Attitude: Take the initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Technical Know-How: Background in carpentry, construction, or DIY is a big plus.
- Deadline Focused: Good with deadlines and IT tools.
- Sales Savvy: Experience in sales and customer solutions.
- People Skills: Excellent at building relationships and communicating.
- Organised: Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
