Are you a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant or Business Analyst with a passion for optimising HR solutions? We're seeking an experienced professional with expertise across the entire SuccessFactors suite to join our team on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Central, Payroll, Performance, and Recruitment modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Partner with stakeholders within the retail industry to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver business-aligned results.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and upskill internal teams, empowering them to leverage SuccessFactors effectively.
• Conduct workshops, provide guidance, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience, with working knowledge across the entire SF suite.
• Proven track record of delivering SuccessFactors solutions, particularly within the retail industry.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a focus on knowledge sharing and upskilling.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide thought leadership on best practices.
