Private Client Solicitor

Location: Croydon

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)

Level: 2 years PQE plus

The role offers a broad range of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, and is well-suited to someone who is motivated, client-focused, and confident in managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on all aspects of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
Managing a diverse caseload independently or within a team, depending on experience
Staying updated on relevant legal changes and ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
Proven expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning
Excellent communication skills and client-oriented approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
