Mixxos are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the internal sales team of our client based in Luton. You will receive and process sales orders through internal systems, and support with any queries.

We are looking for someone who has some strong customer service experience with high attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience and kickstart your career. Responsibilities for an Administrator:

  • Responding to queries via email and phone
  • New order processing
  • Process order confirmations via email
  • Logistics - liaising with production on availability of products and to ship
  • Raising customer quotations and sample requests

Essential skills and experience required for an Administrator:

  • Office experience - ideal
  • Clear and strong communicator
  • Flexible
  • Must be a team player
  • Possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong and clear verbal and written English
