Your Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service.

* Manage bookings, repairs, and service inquiries with efficiency.

* Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is ideal, but candidates with a strong customer service background will also be considered.

* A proactive, professional, and customer-centric approach.

* A full UK driving licence is required.
