As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing audit engagements, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. You will be managing a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors, ensuring audit work complies with statutory and internal requirements. This position is predominantly audit-focused (80%), with some accounts work (20%), giving you the chance to apply your expertise across both disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Prepare accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insightful advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
  • Support the development of junior staff and assist with their progression

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical understanding of audit principles and standards
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
