Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Warminster area, who are actively seeking to engage an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis, our client works with a varied client base and product portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Processing sales and purchase ledger
- Handling purchase orders
- Producing sales invoices
- Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
- Bank payments and reconciliations
- Month end duties including statement reconciliations
- General admin support including assisting with answering calls
What you need in order to succeed
- A proven track record in a similar hands-on role is essential
- The ability to work in a pressurised environment where no two days are the same
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and a high level of accuracy
- An organised and self-motivated approach
What you will receive in return :
- To £24,000 DOE
- The ability to join a successful and growing business
- Monday to Friday full-time *please note 100% office based*
- On site parking
