About You
Our ideal candidate is a skilled HR professional with:
- Education and Experience: A degree, comparable NVQ level qualification, or equivalent experience, with proven HR Generalist expertise.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: Up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and best practices, with the ability to implement them effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in creating and executing people plans to support operational performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR systems.
- Communication Skills: The ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.

What your day will look like
- Implement the People Strategy: Support the rollout of the organisation's people strategy and policies.
- Lead Change Initiatives: Drive change and promote the adoption of people policies and processes across services and departments.
- Develop a Targeted People Plan: Create and deliver a commercially focused, compliant, and tailored people plan to help services and departments achieve their goals.
- Enhance Performance and Capability: Utilise insights to drive performance, foster continuous improvement, and build people management capability to support the organisation’s strategic success.
