About our client:
My client is a UK based, nationwide fit-out and refurbishment company who specialize in commercial and Industrial business interiors, from conceptual design and feasibility studies through to full interior construction and client migration.
About the Role:
The Sales Account Manager will:
- Work with existing customer base as well as new business contacts identify commercial opportunities, develop the opportunities working with the wider part of the team to point of order
- Use their Business Management System (BMS), follow project and sales related procedures and ensure that sales and associated project data is saved as per policy to their project folder system.
- Use their Multi Project Costing software, closely monitor the commercial progress of your projects.
- Focus on opportunities that will help you achieve your profit target
- Work with their supply chain / sub-contractor base to deliver projects, safely, to high standards without exceeding budget.
- During the delivery phase, actively manage the project delivery team to achieve:
- Profit
- Health and Safety
- Quality
- Budget
- Update the client CRM to provide accurate invoice forecasting and report potential orders/project opportunities
About the Account Manager:
- Bachelor?s Degree
- Proven experience in Sales Account Management
- Experience generating quotes and tenders for projects
- Should be a team player with an enthusiastic and positive approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, including written and verbal skills
- ability to address client issues proactively, resolve conflicts, and provide effective solutions.
Points of appeal:
- Working hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- A remote position, though occasional travel to branch offices may be required as needed
