Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Sales Representative for a unique and leading organisation within their sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a well-established business and contribute to the expansion of both their business to business and business to consumer operations.

As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to aftersales care, across both wholesale and retail channels. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Sales Representative Job Role:

* Engage with and follow up on assigned leads to generate new business opportunities

* Conduct in-person customer visits as required

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

* Accurately process and manage customer orders through the CRM system

* Coordinate timely and professional delivery and/or installation services

* Provide dedicated aftersales support and issue resolution

* Expand and maintain the wholesale client portfolio

* Follow up on retail sales leads, gathering detailed customer requirements

* Support marketing initiatives launched by the head office

* Provide timely feedback on lead quality and consumer behaviour trends

* Close retail sales and ensure a seamless ordering process via CRM

* Oversee delivery and/or installation of retail products

* Deliver consistent aftersales care to enhance customer satisfaction

Sales Representative Skills Required:

* Proven track record in a direct sales role, ideally spanning both business to business and business to consumer environments

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Commercially astute with a solution-focused mindset

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

* Full UK driving licence
