Role Overview: Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a diligent and motivated Corporate Insolvency Administrator for a well-regarded firm in Manchester. The successful candidate will assist in the administration of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and contributing to effective case management and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of corporate insolvency cases including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Conduct initial case reviews, gather and analyze financial information, and assist in the preparation of statutory reports.
  • Communicate with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries.
  • Prepare and file statutory documentation with relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the realization of assets, including liaising with agents and valuers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support senior team members in more complex aspects of insolvency cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate insolvency administration.
  • A professional qualification such as CPI is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures.
  • Experience using insolvency software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and data.
