We are working with a successful brand that supplies their design-led products into well-known retailers both here in the UK and beyond. They’re a fun, growing team and are on the lookout for a new team member with a can-do attitude and a friendly approach to join them!
You will play a key role in supporting their busy team across a number of areas of the business including sales, marketing and ecommerce support. The successful candidate will have a proactive, can-do approach, be friendly and a great team player, and keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

Your day-to-day includes:
- Responding to enquiries from both public and retail trade customers
- Processing trade sales orders (training given)
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Assisting with direct website orders
- Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system
- Assisting with marketing, event planning, and trade show organisation as required
- Generally helping the office, sales team and customer orders run smoothly
You will have the following skills & qualities:
- A friendly, positive personality, with excellent social and organisational skills
- Be bright, proactive, a fast learner, and able to use your initiative
- Some previous head office administration experience is ideal
- A good level of computer literacy
- A great communicator and good listener
- Enthusiasm for your work and a flexible attitude
- Able to prioritise and effectively manage your own workload
- A true team player who wants to work and progress in this fun, dynamic team!
- Sociable with a good sense of humour and always willing to go the extra mile!
