A forward-thinking and nationally renowned Security and Communications Company, accredited with NSI Gold and BAFE, is seeking to expand its Operations Team in the Mansfield area. Specialising in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of integrated security systems and manufacturing specialist equipment, the company prides itself on a reputation for quality, care, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

- Service and maintenance of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems.

- Assist with commissioning of the above systems as needed.

- Ensure client satisfaction with system servicing before leaving the site.

- Accurately complete documentation, timesheets, and job reports via the company's service management system.

- Provide premium service to customers at all times.

- Adhere to safe health and safety practices.

- Participate in the company's out-of-hours call-out rota.

Key Experience/Qualifications:

- Demonstrable technical knowledge of Intruder Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining and repairing the above systems.

- Full UK driving licence.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Good communication skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Working Hours:

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Permanent)
