Europcar is looking for Call Centre Customer Service Agents

Main purpose of the role:

Working within a fast paced environment, we are seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a small number of key accounts. This position will service various accounts where you will support as required depending on the varying demands each day. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role is to provide day to day support via telephone and email where you will be assisting in the reservation process, supporting in life rental queries and resolving issues that arise.

Working hours: 40 hours per week in the office. Monday - Friday - 0800 -1800 and Saturday - 0800 -1300 (rotating shift pattern)

Main duties of the role:

  • Full rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers, operational teams and Europcar stations
  • Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and Europcar stations
  • Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
  • Management of required daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Complete customer satisfaction callbacks following vehicle delivery
  • Any other ad hoc duties required

Key skills and attributes required:

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • General computer literacy - Microsoft Office

  • Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential

  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Customer orientated
