Role: Pre-Construction Manager

Location: Solihull - Midlands based projects (Hybrid working)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (DOE)

The Company

My client is a Leading Regional Main Contractor with one of the best staff retentions in the market, as well as a reputation for delivering quality projects. They typically work on New Build, Refurbishment projects between £1m - £20m across Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure sectors.

About the Pre-Construction Manager role

The company is a well-established Contractor who are looking for a Pre-Construction manager to manage and lead the teams at the bid stage, and during all Pre-Construction activities. You'll be responsible for putting forward strong presentations during the tendering process.

The ideal candidate will be currently working in Preconstruction and ideally this will be with a main contractor.

The role would be office based in Solihull with flexible / hybrid working on offer.

Key responsibilities for this Pre-Construction Manager role:

Providing support & to oversee all preconstruction responsibilities / activities
Monitor progress against plan and review
Attending meetings & communicating with directors to report on project performance

Experience required for this role:

Experience with a pre-construction role and have ideally worked for a main contractor
Excellent communication & report writing skills
Previous experience of successful delivery of projects
