Our client is a furniture distribution company based on Burnt Mills Industrial Estate in Basildon Essex. The company supplies furniture to the health industry and also restaurant's and business nationally. The Role:

The role involves in house admin including booking in deliveries with clients and also chasing up customer orders with supplies to ensure the customer has a seamless process from start to finish. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hours lunch-break. From time to time hours may vary slightly but this is quite unusual.

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• An ability to learn and adapt growing and progressing with the business.
• Proficient in both Excel & Word and good all round understanding of IT Systems with the eagerness to learn company systems and processes.
• Admin Operations experience is preferred along with a professional can do attitude at all times.
• The ability to be pro-active as well as reactive to the needs of the client & the business.
• A full UK Driving Licence with your own transport is preferred due to the location.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• A salary of between 26K to 28K PA depending on experience.
• 20 days of Annual Leave plus all Bank Holidays.
