Based in Norwich my client is a forward-thinking company with a strong reputation within their field.
  
They are seeking a company accountant to join them to take on the accounts function for their small company (sub £5M t/o)
  
This is a wide-ranging role that encompasses:

Producing the annual accounts and liaising with the auditors
Preparing monthly management accounts and analysing variance/trends etc
Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
Cashflow and Capex
Sales and purchase ledger
Monitoring projects and work in progress   
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced finance professional with a track record within a small to medium sized  business.  You will be hands on in approach and able to communicate and influence across all levels of a company.  It is key that you are confident and able to manage all areas of finance including maintaining professional relationships with the auditors, banks etc.
  
The company is offering a salary c£40k together with a good, rounded package of benefits that includes the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.  3 days a week are worked in the Norwich based office with the other 2 days being flexible
