An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- True partnering role
- Focus on liaising with key stakeholders
- Support the delivery of the HR strategy and objectives
- Support your client group on any questions, including reward and talent
- Support on large scale change programs
- Work in unionised environment, leading on consultations and T&C's harmonisation
- Change management focused
Profile
A Interim HR Business Partner with:
- Previous HR Partnering experience essential
- Previous experience of supporting an organisation through change programs essential
- Not-for-profit, housing or public sector experience essential
- Immediate Start
- Strong employment law and trade union experience
