Are you an experienced Project Manager with an agency background? Are you now seeking a meaty role closer to home to avoid the hustle and bustle of central London? My client is a niche and ever-growing consumer promotions company. Their client base is extensive, and they work with some amazing brands. Due to maternity leave, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to cover for a period of 12 months, with a view to becoming permanent.

This position will involve the provision of support for numerous consumer promotions. It’s a key role that will involve managing timelines and identifying risks. You will be someone who has managed multiple projects concurrently and has experience in people management (this role will manage a team of 3).

Role Duties:

- Administering multiple projects- Ensuring resource availability and allocation- Delivering projects on time and within budget- Purchasing consumer prizes- Project tracking using Gantt charts- Documenting project issues and delays- Preparing closure reports- Managing a team of 3- Communicating with clients

Skills Needed:

- Project Management experience from a client-driven agency background- Strong, confident, and tenacious- Supreme attention to detail- Clear written and verbal communication- Excellent planning and organisational skills- A true problem solver- Fluid and agile working style- Previous people management experience
