We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, overseeing multiple sites across the North West. Based in Wigan, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient site operations and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role will report directly to the Operations Director and offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, with opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations across multiple sites in the North West, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

* Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are adhered to.

* Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

* Work closely with the Operations Director to report on progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance across sites.

* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise during project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in an operations management role, ideally within construction or related industries.

* Proven track record of managing multiple sites and projects simultaneously.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.

* Ability to work under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Experience in budgeting, resource management, and delivering projects on time.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the North West as required.
