About the role

As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Assisting with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs.
Helping with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Encouraging student participation and fostering a love of learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Part Time Teaching Assistant - Forest Gate you will:

Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is desirable.
